The Baqylauda service for monitoring the use of state support measures and their recipients has been implemented in accordance with paragraph 17 of the National Action Plan for the implementation of the Address of the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan dated 1 September 2022, "A Fair State. A United Nation. A Prosperous Society,‘ approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 13 September 2022 No. 1008, to automate the procedure for selecting recipients of state support measures in accordance with basic criteria.
